AYRx integrates with Google Calendar to manage appointment scheduling.

• We use Google Calendar APIs to create, update, and read calendar events
• Access is limited strictly to calendar data required for appointment management
• We do not access, use, or store any Google user data beyond what is required to provide calendar functionality
• We do not use Google user data for advertising or sell it to third parties
• Users can revoke access to Google Calendar at any time through their Google account settings or from AYRx settings

💳 Payments and Financial Data

Payments within AYRx are processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay.

• AYWUS does not store sensitive financial information such as card or banking details
• Payment processing is handled securely by the payment provider in compliance with applicable standards

🗑️ Google User Data Retention and Deletion

AYRx accesses Google Calendar data only after explicit user authorization through Google's OAuth consent flow.

Calendar access tokens and related integration data are stored securely and are used solely to provide appointment synchronization features within AYRx.

AYRx does not permanently store users' Google Calendar event contents beyond what is required for appointment synchronization and operational functionality.

Users may disconnect their Google Calendar integration at any time from within the AYRx platform. Upon disconnection:

• Stored Google OAuth tokens are deleted or invalidated
• Future synchronization with Google Calendar stops immediately
• No further Google Calendar data is accessed
